Hello, friends! And welcome to Move Into Coherence. I’m Pamela Stokes. This is Part 3 of our three-part series on Anxiety. In today’s episode, we’ll be learning another motion that can help ourselves relieve the symptoms of anxiety by moving our lymph. So let’s get into it.

Lymph is a fluid that flows through the body. And it helps to move fluids around. It helps to remove toxins and bring nutrients to places. It’s kind of like our circulatory system, our blood flow. Blood vessels are usually right next to lymph vessels. When that lymph fluid is not allowed to flow or it’s stopped up, this can send a signal that there’s a problem, and we can feel the symptoms of anxiety, which we talked about in the previous episode: rapid, shallow breathing, increased heart rate, tense muscles, et cetera. So in this episode today we’re going to be learning a motion—it’s a very simple one—that will help to get that lymph fluid moving. Let’s begin.

You can do this sitting or standing. It’s a simple motion called the Shoulder Shuffle, and the reason why we’re doing this motion is because there are two openings to the lymph system in our body where that lymph fluid all drains into. They’re located above the collarbones on the right and the left side of the neck. And all we need to do is to do this motion with the shoulders about 15 or 20 repetitions. And this is how you do it.

We’re going to raise one shoulder up towards the ear, and then we’re going to switch so the other shoulder comes up, while that one drops down. And then repeat that. So the shoulder comes up towards the ear, while the other one drops down. And then we switch, and that shoulder goes up towards the ear, while the original shoulder drops down. And we’ll go back and forth between these two places. So we can go up and down and up and down up and down and up and down. And faster, and even faster. And then slow down, and pause, and breathe. And let’s do a Sigh of Relief:  breathing in through the nose, small, and a larger breath in, and then mmmmm. And notice how you feel. What I’m feeling is some warmth. I’m feeling a sense of tingling in my hands and arms. I’m also feeling what I would describe as flow. And flow is a great state to be in. This means things are moving. In biology, we define life as having movement. So if we are moving, if our lymph is moving, we are generating life. And that’s a good signal to the nervous system that anxiety can just turn itself off. So if you find yourself feeling the symptoms of anxiety, just know that there are simple ways that you can help yourself feel better. Please listen to Part 1 and Part 2 of this series for more guidance. Thanks for joining in.

I’d like to take this opportunity to let you know that I offer free 45-minute sessions, where we can talk about your health goals, and we can find ways that you can help yourself—with my guidance—to discover your optimal well-being. I think it’s time. It’s time for us to take the responsibility, and take charge of our lives, so we can feel better. It’s important to feel OK, because that tells the body to function optimally—to do all the things that it knows how to do. The body self-heals. It’s constantly doing things that bring more life, as long as it gets the right signals. And those signals, like turning down the anxiety symptoms, are only good. So I hope that you’ll come to my website:  MoveIntoCoherence.com  and sign up for a free session with me, so that we can get those parts of your life that maybe you don’t know what to do. With my guidance, you’ll know. Thanks for checking it out. As we feel better, people around us feel better, because we’re all connected through the quantum field. So even if you’re not sure you want to do this for yourself, maybe you feel you want to help the world find ease and other people to find ease and comfort in their lives. By helping yourself, you’re feeding the Field, and that can resonate with those other people. So it’s a win-win!

Thanks for joining in today, and please send yourself some appreciation for doing so. This has been Move Into Coherence. I’m Pamela Stokes. Take it easy.
