[00:00]Introduction
Hello, friends! And welcome to Move Into Coherence. I’m Pamela Stokes. Today we’re going to be doing an EFT Tapping script for Exhaustion. And I wanted to talk about why we might be feeling this—there may be many reasons. One may be that your body just needs rest, and you haven’t been listening. Another one could be that we are experiencing a really huge amount of solar flare activity. And what that means is the sun is releasing energy, and it’s kind of pounding the earth. We’re seeing a lot more solar flare activity than normal right now, so if you’re feeling exhausted, it could be that there’s just all this energy and really kind of nowhere to put it. Using this script may be helpful to make space for that new energy that’s coming in, because it’s here, we can’t avoid it, and it could either make us feel exhausted, but it can also make us feel anxious. But if we allow it to come in and move through us, then we can be in harmony with it. You may also be feeling exhausted because there’s just a lot of things that are going on in your life and you’re very busy. And this feeling of exhaustion can come from feeling stressed and just having to deal with all of these things. So by reducing the amount of stress that you feel and allowing yourself to feel soft in your body and calm and peaceful, the exhaustion can be released as well. So let’s get into it.

[01:57]Exhaustion

Focus on how exhausted you feel, and notice where you feel it in your body, and what parts of your life make you feel most exhausted, and give your exhaustion a rating from one to 10—10 being the highest. And then we’ll begin by taking 3 calming breaths through the nose and deep into the lungs:  inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, and exhale. And then, for simplicity, you can just spread your hand open and place your thumb underneath one collarbone and your fingers underneath the other one. And that’ll be a place where you can rest your hand and be in contact with those acupoints. And repeat after me:

Even though I feel so exhausted, I just don’t have the energy for all the things I need to do, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. It’s all too much, and I can’t handle it all, I choose to love myself and accept the way. I feel, even though I’m so tired, I just can’t manage this anymore, I accept how I feel.

I’m just so exhausted

I need rest

I have no energy for anything

I just want to rest

I’m out of energy

I’m just too exhausted to deal with everything

I just need to stop doing so much

I really need rest

All this exhaustion

it feels like I can’t keep up

just too much to deal with

why am I so exhausted

Is it really rest I need

maybe there’s just too much stress in my life

what if this stress is making me feel so exhausted

maybe I need a break from all this stress

everything just feels so overwhelming

there’s always so much to deal with

And let’s take a breath here through the nose deep into the lungs small breath in the larger breath then and then a sigh of relief with their mouth closed—mmmmm. And repeat after me.

And the stress of it all is exhausting

maybe I can start to let go of this stress

And allow myself to relax

releasing this stress now

releasing it from every cell of my body

allowing myself to stop worrying

allowing myself to feel relaxed and calm now

things don’t have to be perfect for me to feel relaxed

It’s safe to let go of this stress

and safe to let go of this exhaustion

I can get my energy back

I can deal with stress in new ways

I can use this script to relieve stress

I can use it to stop worrying

I can feel relaxed and energized

even when life feels crazy

allowing myself to relax now

letting go of this stress

and letting go of this exhaustion

I can let go of all this stress

And regain my energy

letting go of all this exhaustion now

releasing this stress from every cell of my body

releasing all of this exhaustion

it’s safe to let it go

feeling the energy come back

feeling my body heal

feeling safe strong and confident

it’s safe to feel energized right now

It’s safe to take care of myself

and to take a break when I need it

Let’s take a breath here, through the nose into the lungs. And now, rate your exhaustion again, and notice any shifts. Continue as needed. Thank you.

That was Exhaustion. That was our Tapping script for today. Thank you for joining in and send yourself some appreciation for doing so. Sometimes we feel exhausted, and we don’t listen. So I’m encouraging you to listen, rest when you need to. But if it’s because of stress, this script can really help, so that you can release that stress and the exhaustion will go away as well. And remember we are receiving a lot of solar energy right now—huge amounts of energy. So if we can let that energy come in and move through us, we can harmonize with it and be energized by it. But if it’s not coming in easily, we’re not allowing it in. That can cause exhaustion. I would suggest that you listen back to either Episode 42 or 43. That’s Receiving Hands. It’s a great meditation to allow you to actually receive and be OK receiving. So that’s one suggestion. Another suggestion is that you would listen to episode 45 or 46 called Being the Brightest Light. It’s another meditation, and it also allows you to let this energy come in and move through you, so that you don’t feel overwhelmed by it. You allow it to come in, and vibrate with it, harmonize with it, become coherent with it. It’s good for you, and it’s good for the planet. That’s what I have for you today.
