Sharing Coherence

Let’s share some Heart Coherence today. Begin by focusing your attention in the area of your heart. Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart, and breathe a little slower and a little deeper than usual. Find an easy rhythm that’s comfortable. And now, activate and sustain a regenerative feeling, such as appreciation, care, or compassion. Focusing your attention on the area of your heart and connecting with those feelings of care, or appreciation, or compassion. And now imagine that you’re sending this renewed feeling to yourself–to the parts of your body that perhaps could use a little support. The breath flowing in and out of your heart, in an easy rhythm, with the feeling of appreciation, care, or compassion. Sending this feeling to yourself and all the parts of you that might need it today. And now we’re going to send some of this Heart Coherence and this feeling of appreciation, or care, or compassion to people in your life that may need some support right now—family, friends, partners, coworkers, parents, children. Breathing through your heart a little slower and a little deeper than usual in an easy rhythm that feels comfortable. Feeling that feeling of appreciation, care, or compassion. And now we’re going to send this Heart Coherence out into people that you may not even know—people that need some support. Bringing your awareness to the area of your heart, allowing the breath to flow in and out through your heart, with that feeling of appreciation, care, or compassion, for those people that you don’t even know. Generating Heart Coherence for yourself and for others, connected to the feelings of care, or appreciation, or compassion, with the breath flowing in and out of your heart in an easy rhythm that’s comfortable for you. And now, come back into regular breathing and allow yourself to sustain those feelings of appreciation, care, or compassion, and carry them with you throughout your day. Thank you.
